Malaysian QS Ranking

The QS World University Ranking for 2015/16 shows the position of Malaysian Universities. The number 1 in Malaysia is still Universiti Malaya, ranked 146th in the QS Ranking.

The QS ranking is based on 4 pillars, the research, teaching, employability and internationisation. The measurements are based on the following areas: academic reputation at 40%, employers reputation at 10%, faculty students ration at 20%,  citation 20%, international student at 5% and international faculty at 5%.

The iCGPA is Ready to Roll Out

A new grading system will be used. To start with, the following universities are used for the pilot projects:

- UKM
- UiTM
- UniMAS Pahang, Terrengganu and Kelantan

The new grading system, enables the graduated students to have a complete report cards that include the traditional academic performance plus their skill sets. The skills include the leadership, entrepreneurial skill, social and thinking skills.
